Here is the problem, We link structural model. STR team use window element to create openings at reinforced concrete walls. But this window element is dividing the room in architecture model.
The reason, STR team use window element is to create schedule and they can draw 2d line in the family so openings will be represented in plans.
So do you have any ideas how to make this window (opening element) be non-room bounding element
If you have a window, then there is a wall to be linked, and it is this wall that is limiting the environment,
Just select the wall and deselect the Room Bounding.

Wall room bounding option cant be used beacuse that wall may bound an other room in adjacent premises.( spliting walls is not controlable and man/hour inefficent)
Element based solutions is needed.
Thanks for the reply tho.
Well, there is no tool in the program that makes a window an element that would control the room bounding parameter.
You have to make it flexible and explore other features, like disconnecting the room bounding from this wall and when you need to separate the rooms, use the room separator to create this limitation aligned to the wall to do the same function.
Just remember to set it up to see the room separator the way you want to not disturb your graphic visibility, or turn off if you don't want to see it.

You can use slice tool to seperate the wall into three pieces i.e. and set the middle to non-room bounding or set the entire wall as non-room bounding and add some seperation lines where it should be.
Or if you add an opening using edit profile it won't work as room bounding element anymore I think, seem to recall a similar situation with a bay window. Just make sure to keep some wall to host the window to, or make the window into a face based family.
edit: try removing the opening cut from the window family and adding the openings in the wall sketch instead.
