Hello,
When I want to open a Revit file in Revit 2022, I get the message that an unrecoverable error has occurred. This is a central model.
The strange thing is that my colleagues can open and edit this model without any problem. In doing so, I can open other models of the project in question in Revit 2022.
How can I open and edit this model again?
Thanks in advance!
I would delete all Windows Temporary files first. In File Explorer type "%Temp%" (without quotes). Select all files and folders and delete. There will be some files that Windows is still using, so just skip those. You will get a warning on those files.
I would then delete any local files that you have on this model. Try opening the central file with Audit option.
Hope this helps
And make sure you're all on the same Revit version. Revit sometimes doesn't play nice if there are different program versions in play.
Unfortunately the solution does not provide any results. The same problem persists...
I think submitting a Support Case with AUtodesk might be something to consider next.
