An attached Structural Foundation will be moved to the bottom of the Column.

hi all.

I have issue to attach column and foundation.

I want the column cut trrought the foundation and the only possible solution in to use Cut geometry tool.

Is there a way to procede it differenty.

Becouse this tool is time demanding for a large structural frames.

you could edit the foundation family so that the op of foundation is not associated with a level and add offset parameter:

All you need to do is modify the footing family. Looks like your footing is is extruded below the Ref. Level, instead of above it.  Change the direction of the footing extrusion and reload.
