Alternate Baluster Pattern or baluster angle

Is there any way to do this in Revit? I've tried duplicating and using different baluster panel families but if I make any mistake the pattern doesn't draw at all so making adjustments is problematic. If I include a post as part of the baluster pattern, then it might only work for an even number of panels. Thanks.

Sure that can be done with a well-planned baluster pattern of properly-sized panels.  What's specifically "problematic" for you?

Thanks for the reference.  I'd learned most of that.  Got it working. Had to add a post and the reversed panel to the pattern.
