All dimension and level values appear as 0

Hi everybody! This is my first project with Revit and for some reason all of my dimensions appear as 0 as well as levels, etc. When I click the text to change the dimension value the real dimension value appears in the box but whatever the value, the text keeps displaying 0. What can I do??? I'm attaching a few pictures. Screenshot (47).pngScreenshot (48).pngScreenshot (49).png

Also, I cannot add spot elevations to my floors!

Thank you

o to project units and decrease rounding.

...or override project units to decrease rounding through the dimension properties.
