Aligning Callout Tags

I have a bunch of elevation callouts and I want to align their callout heads so they all lay on a single line. They don't seem to snap to anything though, so it's really just eyeballing. Is there a way to align these tags?

None that I know off...The callouts' tags are unsnappable.

You can select the whole call out and snap the enclosure to a reference plane then drag the callouts back to where they should be but that is as tidious as eyeballing the tags..

Yeah, don't you think it's amazing that it's not possible? Eyeballing for the win.

Btw regarding callouts: the leader line -- why can't it be an invisible one? (grrr)

Btw 2: if you want to perfectly align the callouts themselves:
create a ref.plane.
select the one, you want to move, hit edit crop region,
move the selection to the ref. plane
finish.

Tbh: I'm eyeballing them.

October of 2021 and we're still just 'eyeballing'?

The thing I love about this forum is its ability to remind me that a problem I had 5 years ago is still a problem 😐

Where are the 3D grids while we're at it?
