Align elevation tag with grid line

I have rotate my elevation tag to the nearest angle to be align with grid line as I can. However, it still cannot reach the perfect angle to parallel with grid line as the rotate tool can't adjust the very small angle. Is there any solution? I hv attached a video showing my problem and my revit file.

One way I know of:

 

Draw refplane from origin of elevation tag perpendicular to grid.

Select rotate command

Drag centre of rotation (blue dot) to end of refplane and release

Pick current quadrant of elevation nearest to grid

Pick point on refplane
