Suddenly got this dialog appearing when I close Revit. It has started happening in the last week. Any explanations or recommended actions would be appreciated thank you.
It should be available in this location: C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Revit 2017\en-US
I don't have Revit 2017 so I can't send you the file. Maybe someone can send it or try to get it from different computer.
You can also check other languages folders (ex: C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Revit 2017\fr-FR) to see if it is there then copy it to your en-US folder.

The file is present where you have directed me, that is C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Revit 2017\en-US, so why am I getting the message?

I have run into this problem before when I had a bad install (the templates were not installing) Can you try a clean uninstall and reinstall of Revit to see if everything gets captured? Let me know how this works, thanks!

Sorry to be so long winded in replying but I have been very busy. However the problem has persisted as well as other issues such as having to restart Revit to get access to project materials...
Sadly I have to report that I tried a repair with no change and subsequently I have tried a reinstall, via Control Panel..., which has failed with the following screen messages, herewith;
I was using my Autodesk 'Building Design Suite' Premium memory stick as the source of the install files.
Any ideas will be welcome, thank you.
Have had to uninstall Revit today as it would not open, now I cannot reinstall Revit, what a pain what is going on!
I'm sorry you're running to issues installing. What is happening? Are you getting a specific error?
