adjusting project coordinates

Hi

I am not able to adjust my project coordinates. I have done the project coordinates but later realized that it is incorrect and want to change and correct. Whenever I go to Manage>Coordinates>specify coordinates at point. I get to the specify coordinates dialog box but I am unable to change or edit the text of the latitude and longitude, only the elevation is editable. (See attachment)

Please help in anyway you can, What am I doing wrong.

you need to click on a specified point and or go to SITE (project browser), select the Project Basepoint Marker, then properties
