Adjust Curtain Wall Door Height

I have a door panel in a curtain wall that is sitting 2” above the base level but need the door to fill the entire opening. The door panel height is grayed out, and I don’t see any dimensions to change in the family type properties. Can someone please tell me how I can adjust this door’s height?

Also, what is the ‘offset’ value in the type properties controlling?

Thank you.

Looks like you still have a mullion across the bottom of the door. Use the tab button to select just that mullion and delete it. You may need to unpin the mullion before you delete it depending on the curtain wall. Once the mullion is deleted the door will automatically resize and extend to the bottom.

The offest value in the type dialog is an offset related to the centerline of the curtain wall. This parameter lets you place a panel or a door not right on the centerline of the curtain wall.

The dimensions of the curtain wall door is governed by the grids. In your case, unpin and delete the mullion below the door and the door will extend down to the base.

Thank you both! I thought I had already deleted the bottom mullion.
