Adjacent/common wall report

Hello everyone,

Is there any way that I can get a report from Revit, showing which room is adjacent to another room through internal wall/slab/roof/exterior and also displaying the common area as well?

And if possible the orientation of the vertical walls, relative to the north.

Just a simple example here:

Room 1 has common internal wall with room 2(yellow part), with room 3(orange part) and with the exterior the blue part on the west and brown part on the north.

Can I have this info (common walls with areas -m2- and the orientation of the external walls) in an excel report/.
