Additional copies of the file in the family folder automatically created

Hi I have created custom sheets but in the title blocks I have 3 of the same sheet including BAK file. Why has that happened. Is there something I need to switch off in the programme?.

Thanks

I read it the same way as you -- however the BAK (an AutoCAD Backup) is unrelated to Revit.

Thanks Martiyn  with your previous email

In fact it seems to be generating multiples of files with DrawingA.0002,  DrawingA.0003 etc not sure how to stop that.

Perhaps you can share the file (as .zip) and/or screenshots of the issue.

Hi Martijn

Attached image in my document folder.

It creates series .0001 files. There are sometimes 8 or files which I delete.

See my first reply and follow link I posted there, set the maximum backups to a lower number (minimum 1) while saving the file to reduce the backup interval if you like.
