Adding selected sheets to Drawing Index from a linked file

I just need one sheet added to my drawing index from a linked file. Possible? Yes or no? If yes, then how?

Thank you!

One sheet?  Come on... just add a row to your schedule.

Yes, it's possible.

1) just turn on checkbox "Include elements in links" while creating sheet list

2) filter unnecessary sheets from list. for example add to all current model`s sheets and only 1 sheet from link some common value, in any parameter. perhaps you already have one, as something contrast that specific linked sheet you want to grab, from others Image 476.jpgImage 477.jpgin link.

Technically, yes.

But keep in mind the Filters criteria will apply to both the linked sheets AND the local sheets.  Chances are some local sheets fall into the criteria will get hidden by mistake.  Plus the fact that she needs ONE sheet.

Yes, it requires some attention to get rid of Revit Filters, but as for me it's not a big deal to add that differentiable parameter to all linked sheets (except one) and in this case filter will work w/ ex. "not equal" operator.

And, agree, its much easier, as you wrote to add just placeholder sheet. But if any updates in link w/ sheet, those placeholder needs to be manually updated as well

The placeholder sheet is what I am trying to avoid. Thank you, Everyone!
