Greetings, how can I add parameter in the identity data with a drop down list?
example in the attached photo is identity data for floor. I would like to add to different element as well.
Thank you.

Why?
But if you must, create a Text type TYPE Project Parameter and assign it to the Floor Category.
FWIW: most those identity parameters are Text type Parameters. Are you using them all?
This template was given by our local government e-submission of building plan and we are trying to import certain parameters into our company's template. The reason for this is so that we could insert the data during modelling (we model using our company's template) instead of after transferring the model to the local government's template.
I tried your method but it seems that no drop down option appears but instead I need to write down something inside the box.
Out of curiosity, what building jurisdiction are you in?
Maybe I can give 'em call.
Create key schedules and enter preset values. Then you can have all the dropdowns you want and more.
Hint: if you see (None) in a dropdow list of parameter values then the list is from a key schedule.
I just came across the same problem and the only solution seems to be the key schedules. I find it kind of bothering that the parameter isn't attached to the family itself. It only exists in the project.
Are there any other downsides to using the key schedules for dropdown menu that I can't think of ? We are redoing our Parametermanagement right now and I don't want it to be a big mess in the end.
