Adding Notes in Drawing Index for LINKED file

I am trying to add an instance text column to our drawing index that will place a manually written note (each different) next to LINKED engineers drawings in our schedule. We have the index set up so the sheet names are linked in from engineers RVT file. But I would like to add a text note next to the engineer drawing and if they add 3 drawings the noted will stay and move with the sheet it was written with. Example: 100 drawings in my schedule but only 25 I own, others are linked in (no placeholders). Your help is appreciated.

See attached PDF example

I would recommend creating a Shared Parameter, adding it to your schedule, and also to the Project Parameters (associated with Sheets). This will allow you to create individual notes in the schedule as needed.

You cannot. Unless the parameter and value present in the sheets of the linked file.

That is the tricky part-

We have used share parameters inside engineers linked model files to sort discipline order, but those parameter’s values are IN the engineers Models.  But instead I am looking for a value that 100% of the parameters could be located in my ARCH model that follows their linked sheets.

If you look at the example, I will be writing notes about their drawings, a little odd to aske them to add notes for me.

Currently, I use standard text to do this-- but if engineers add sheets, it required me to manually move the dumb text, it is not the most efficient method.  I was not sure if standard Revit parameter would work or if there may be a Dynamo way to do this?

Dynamo can do all sorts of things to your model, not to something that you do not own.

I was hoping for a Revit schedule solution (I have never used dynamo)
See attached- Color highlight: the Blue items are linked in, but the yellow text would belong to me. (hoping to move together). Is there a parameter in Revit that can be paired next to a parameter?
I thought if a 3D ceiling Object in my arch model could be MONITOR to light fixture in a linked file and track differences in locations, then maybe a text line could follow a linked parameter? Create a family with only a text parameter (text1) that follows a linked parameter (text-title2)
