Adding Keynote Description

Hello All,

I wish to add keynote description to the Door/Window elements, which in turn I want it to display in the properties palet too. 

Revit has an option to display keynote number however, it doesn't has a keynote description option (Linking to Masterformat) alike Assembly Description (Uniformat).

Thank you barthbradley for your response however i wish to know, how to add keynote description into the door/Window/Column category properties palet as shown in the previous attached image alike assembly description. For instance, I need to take quantity take off for door/Window/Column using Family and Name, Keynote and Keynote description.

Assembly code and Assembly description are based on the Uniformat Code specifications. I need to use Keynote and keynote description since keynote is associated with Materformat Code specifications.

Ah! I get it. No can do.  How about creating Keynote Legend in the Project? Keynote Legend can include both the Keynote and Text.   I know that is far removed from what you are asking, but I thought I'd throw it out there anyway.
