adding filter for minimum room width

Hi

I am trying to find a way to create an alert when a rooms width somehow turns below a certain dimension. I have already added width and length dimensions ao room tags and have created filters that turn a room red when it turns below a defined minimal area. but i can't find a way to create a similar filter applying to a minimal room length or width.

the reason is that the length is not an actual room parameter but a formula applied in the room tag label. if there was a way add this formula as a parameter to the room or as a filter to the area I think that would solve it. but maybe there are other ways. has anybody tried and managed to do something like that?

Does it have to be "Width"? Or can it be any wall less than a certain length? I would think the room Width would depend on orientation of the room. 

of your just interested in length, you can make a filter for a Wall, with a Length, Less Then, the desired length. 

then apply that filter to a view and assign an override.

I don't know of a way to do it via view filters (for the reasons that you have already stated) but you might still be able to find them...
If you already have a formula that defines the values that you need, then you could build a room schedule that uses that same formula(s) and apply conditional formatting to flag cells that don't meet your specified minimum criteria, use that to find the rooms with "Highlight in Model"...
