Add parameter group

Does anyone know how to add a group parameter that is highlighted in yellow?  For example I want to add group parameter "Asset Information" so that I can add some relevant asset information parameters.

 No, you can neither add nor edit the existing.

that is only to allow you to sort where a parameter will be grouped in your properties palette.

you can create a Shared Parameter "ASSET INFORMATION and place it under the Identity Data group and then apply it to the category(ies) it would apply to
