Add-On Program to Analyze Energy efficient building (Net Positive/Net Zero Building)

Hi! I am looking for a add on for Revit that helps analyze energy for a building that will be net zero/net positive. I've use Sefaira, but looking for a better add on to achieve net zero analyze.
