Add Dimension to Generic Model Families

Hi, I want to ask if it is possible to add Dimension Parameters to display the properties like a floor( Area, perimeter,Thickness) and add them to the "Volume" voice already set.

And last thing, I want to visualize it as a Floor in my schedule Quantities Sheet

You can't create a floor category schedule and expect to include a generic model. But you can create a material take-off schedule. That will schedule all materials no matter where they are applied.

Revit multi-category schedule cannot combine system families and loadable families which is depressing. So, take a look at this Revit Idea and vote for it. Just imagine all the things we could do if we had a good multi-category schedule.
