Add automatic text annotation (with mathematical operation)

I have several rooms, with a determinate area. For each room, I usually add an annotation text and write down the area divided by 8 (in order to calculate the needed glass surface). I always do that manually. Is there a way to create some label annotation text that will do the division for me automatically?

I was trying to add a text in the Room Label family... Not sure how to proceed.

@zemeraloni created a number parameter which is fine but area would be better. So since I spent some time making these steps, I will show them anyway 🙂
