Adaptive family - element snaps 'inside out'

Hey!

I have decided to make a structure in the project by using Dynamo script and adaptive family. It worked with

one part of the building, however when I moved on to another part, the family snaps the wrong way. I have no clue how I can control it, so it always snaps inside.

Here it is working the desired way:

Here, it is not:

The adaptive family:

How can I control the family, so it is always placed 'on the inside'?

I solved it by just adding a reference line on the inside and locking the profile to it. Simply as that, I had just overthought it with other solutions.  I

Thanks for sharing the solution. Are you placing each frame manually? Maybe you could repeat it over a divided path, and then break the repetition and modify each frame as needed.
