For some reason today my Revit (using both 2021 and 2023) will not access BIM 360 or ACC. It tries to connect and then says there is no internet connection and go to a page that says, "You are not currently a member of an Autodesk Docs account. Contact your account administrator for access." From what we can tell nothing has changed on the admin side. I can access ACC through AutoCAD with no connection issues. I have installed all of the updates for both Revit versions.
There have also been a few other coworkers who are experiencing the same problem.
Any Ideas?
