A few of my users are experiencing a short delay when selecting objects, and also the thinking wheel sporadically appears even when the user is idle, along with a very breif UI blink. We are mostly on the same computers, and this is happening across 2 different machines, one alienware laptop, and one desktop. The users in question are working on different projects at very different stages of development, one is in concept, one is moving into 100% DDs.
Steps I have tried:
1. Clear out temp and journals folders
2. disable hardware acceleration
3. restart Revit
4. update the computer.
5. Make worksets editable
6. switch the PC to ethernet connection
The issue still persists. It seems isolated to cloud models. When we attempted to reproduce this issue on a non workshared model, it did not happen. The users do not report any delays in other windows applications either.
Any thoughts? Any of you seen something like this before? In one situation, one user on the project is experiencing this, and the teammember sitting to his left is not.
