Hey Everyone.
We are having issues with our abbreviations legend on a work shared BIM 360 hosted model. The abbreviations look great on my teammates computer and on my computer the tabbing is messed up making the abbreviation descriptions look not aligned. Does anyone know what the issue might be?
Also the architect mentioned finding a plug-in that references Excel spreadsheets for things like this. Could anybody recommend something like that? Or maybe a better way to do abbreviations in general?
Thanks.

Do both your computers have the same fonts installed? The same display settings?
How have you made the legend? Is it just a text box?
As for an add-in to work between Excel & Revit, there are a few options out there. Revit DB Link is available from the autodesk desktop app and offers a basic import/export function. DiRoots are a company that offer a range of amazing tools for Revit (TableGen & SheetLink are the ones to get for this). I haven't used any others but there's heaps out there.
I choose Point Loads, a category that I never use so that the data entered on the key schedule don't busy up anything that I use. But even if you choose a common category it is still not a big of deal.
@Lachlan-JWP I bet you are right about the font install. I don't think she has the right font. DiRoots looks great. Thanks.
