When i try to sign in to Autodesk Desktop App, or to the cloud rendering service on Revit 2017, it appears a window with an error and i cant get it to work
I've read every post and link about this issue, and saw it is not my proxy or anything like that because anything is working
I use Parallels on Mac, and Revit 2017
I really need it to work

The MAC could be the issue as it's trying to go through windows to you host (MAC) then out to Autodesk servers. Your authentication could be getting lost to your MAC instead of it being pasted back to the Windows environment.

Can you please provide the webservices log file which is in the following location:
In addition, close Revit, then try renaming the following folders by appending OLD to its name:
Start Revit again to see if the issue persists.

My windows can't find these folders, so i'm not able to change anything unfortunatelly
The AppData folder is hidden. Open windows explorer, on the address bar, type %appdata% for the roaming folder & %localappdata% for the local folder:
