A360 Cloud Upload Problem

Good Morning,

My name is Kaloyan Getev, I'm an intern draftsman here at the Renaissance Group in Lakeland, TN. I was recently asked to publish our latest model onto A360 for our consultants to be able to access.However, When the process was completed I have noticed that The file size reads '0 KB'. What would you recommend for troubleshooting?

i would try the following:

1.  save your work locally

2.  save back to central model

3.  save locally again

4.  delete the central model on A360 C4R (do a backup first)

5.  re-upload your current revit file as a central file.

Question about step '4. Delete the central model on A360 C4R (do a backup first)', are you telling me to create a back-up model directly from the cloud, because that's where the central model is or are you saying to back-up the local file on my computer?

i mean back up the central model on the a360 c4r site (download it to another location on your computer).  In case this doesn't work, you will have to reupload the central file again.
