A Void is not Cutting in my Furniture Family

I WANTED MY BANQUETTE TO BE CURVY, BUT THE VOID IS NOT CUTTING THE TUFTED SEAT.

Hello, 

Could you try using cut geometry? Click cut geometry. Click the void and click the one you want to cut.
