Re-creating new 3d views does work, but I have existing 3d views on sheets which I would need to replicate again to avoid this issue.
I've tracked this down to the view being set a Realistic but it was previously and there was no issue.
I would class this as a software error and needs correcting by Autodesk.
Creating new views and copy over annotations etc isn't productive.
This look like a typical render error. Some elements in your project might cause issues to the renderer. Element(s) in your view are calculated by the renderer to be put on the screen. Somehow it can not process some elements causing these strange views. So few things to try:
-Disable hardware acceleration and see if that solves the issue.
-Try a different computer (i.e. graphics card).
-Look at other graphics card drivers.
-Start to remove elements (make backup first) from your project and see when the issues are gone. to find out which elements(s) are causing the issues. Imported (dwg) files would be a first suspect.
