3D view will not crop

I can't get this 3D view on a sheet to crop. You can see the crop region around the house. I'm not sure what's going on - any ideas? The view is locked.

Check Crop View in View Properties.

I suspect you only have the "Crop Region Visible" checked in Properties. You need to check "Crop View" also.

A view can be uncropped and still shows a crop region.  Make sure Crop View box is also ticked.

Crop view is also checked. It is grayed out (I'm assuming because the view is locked).

I'm not sure what has happened to this view! I just created a new one and started fresh.

It's locked because the View is Locked.

check if you have view template assigned, set to none?

Make sure the scope box is set to none, then you should have been able to adjust the crop region.
