Hello,

Having Issues with my Site Plan and 3D view. 3D House model will only show up in 1:1 scale and will not increase in size when zommed. I think i have imported a CAD file at the wrong scale and it is so big i cannot see it. Iv been looking for some time if theres anyways to Delete any imported CAD files. CAD in not linked into the file. iv tried zooming right out and selecting everything then searching in filter for maybe a CAD file and wasnt able to find anything,

hello, you need to go to properties > VG > imported categories > untick  or create a view template untick imported categories and apply to those views. thanks

or go to insert > manage links > cad formats > either you remove or unload the file.

try to unload all your link cad files (trial test) and zoom to fit in 3D view and see any changes? or open all your link cad files and see any objects  away from origin (fix it) and reload again or in your 3D there are object/families away from origin and lastly activate you BULB icon if there are any hidden objects. thanks

This has nothing to do with scale. This has to do with view extents. Obviously, there is something "out there". If it is not a CAD file, then it is something else. The question is how to find it. Have you tried Reveal Hidden Elements yet?

...my money is on it being the Survey Point.

I found a couple of annotation objects recently that were located waaaay out in left field.  How they got there I hadn't a clue.  I was the only one working on the project.

Morning,

Thank you for your response. I have since turned on the Survery Point and it was in the middle of the Floorplans just hidden. Set at 0.0, 0.0 & 0.0.

I have no issues with the view it floorplan. it is only with the Site and 3D.  I dont know if im best off just to redraw in a new Project? Not sure what is going on here very confused.Capture.JPG

You mean you found something "out there" but the delete button is grayed out when you select it? What is it? What are its properties?

Refer to Image below.

Was thinking if I Deleted some of the imported DWGs. maybe that could fix it. however the delete option is grayed out in Imported Objects.
