3D view glitched out

Recently when making a 3D Scope box to look at anything in 3D in my revit file, the view now is full of blue and green lines that i believe are from groups and families. This view typically happened before when i would pan around my 3d model and it would lag for a second like this due to the file being large. Now it is the opposite. When i move the model around by panning it, the normal 3D view will appear, but the second i stop moving it around i get this view. Any ideas?

Are you able to actually determine what they are? It's pretty hard to figure it out from your image.

I had figured it out, my 3D view had become corrupted. Found my 3D view in the Project browser and deleted it, then created a new one.
