3d view export issue

when I am trying to export 3d image from Revit its coming one sided, what's the reason for this !

You can try to set Export Range as shown at the pic below.

What you told works but quality of image is not good. I tried this one but coming one sided

Try to increase number of pixels in Image Size -> Fit To menu

"One-sided"?  What does this mean?   What are those red arrows in your screenshot pointing to?

- Turn on Crop region for the 3d view and stretch it so that the model is in the center inside crop

- Zoom extent

- Export and choose Visible portion of the view and set the quality desired
