3D Perspective View Graphics Issues - Transparent Geometry

I have a problem when I try to scale a 3D perspective section view on a Revit Sheet. Normally it works with the Size Crop - field of view option. However, I do not have that option now. The shown picture is the only option that I have whenever I try re-scaling the view. I can scale it using the view scale option, but that is fairly limited to the available scale options, which is not suitable for the sheet size I want. Could someone please help me resolve this issue?

You don't have this?  If so, what you have is not a perspective view, just an isomeric 3d view.  Switch to perspective or use a camera.
