3D Models Disappeared But Are Visible in the File Thumbnail

You can see the 3D models in the thumbnail, but when you open it this is what you see...

All gone. I feel like it's an easy fix but I'm not sure why they disappeared. I saved and reopened it before and had no issues then the one time I came back it's gone. But it's saved and the most recent file.

Did you click on show massing?

Type VG (Visibility/Graphics).

On the Model Categories tab of the Visibility/Graphic Overrides dialog, expand Mass.

Make sure that Mass and Mass Floor are selected.

Click OK.
