3D Model text cannot be constrained and is not visible in nested family

I`m trying to bring a number as a 3D text inside a furniture family for signage purposes.

I want to place the text in the center of a rectangular surface.

I have two issues with this.

One is that it seems that it doesn`t let me constrain the text to both a horizontal and a vertical reference plane.

It only works with one of them. If its constrained to both, I cannot stretch it, it says constraints are not satifisied or its over constrained.

The second issue is that I tried to bring the 3D Text as a nested family to try to align it like that but when I load it it just not visible in any of the views. The famiy is there, I can even select it but its invisible.

By the way, that rectangle at the bottom right I made it as a test and is part of the nested family with the 3D model text. The text itself is not visible.

Does anyone know anything about this?

You should be able to Constrain Model Text to x, y Ref Planes. Post the Family.

...to me, it looks like you are trying to Align a Ref Plane to the Model Text, when you should be Aligning/Locking the Model Text to the Ref. Plane.  Reason for the error is that the Ref. Plane is constrained by a Dimension.

When I align, I click the reference plane first, then the paralel plane of the text. It only works with one of them.

Here is the family attached

The Box Width and Leg Height must work to keep the text in the middle of the panel.

I just tried with the text alone in a generic furniture family and its the same thing.

When I try to flex it it doesnt like it

Nest a Model Text Family into the Family

NOTE: Check Work Plane Based and uncheck Always Vertical checkboxes in the Family that contains the Model Text

One thing I notice is that when I change the text size, it doesnt keep the central position although its still constrained. Doesnt quite bother me but its just interesting why it behaves like that.
