Grids are not visible in 3d views in Revit.
Technically they are "3D" but, they only show up in projected views where the 3D extents of the grid cross the projection plane of the view.
Do you want actual 3D vertical planes (1) or you only need to show the Grids lines on 3D view (2)
(1) Create a view with only Grid lines, full extent. Export the view to DWG and link the DWG back in Revit origin to origin, must uncheck Current View Only box so it comes in as 3D lines. Another is create model lines and lock to the grid directly in the model.
(2) Create an in-place mass and draw vertical planes aligning with the Grid lines. Play with their transparency and visibility.
