I have seen a few posts on this mouse and they are from the years 2018-2020. All the posts are about issues with the mouse working properly in Revit. It's 2023 and I'm having similar issues, but I thought I would bring the subject back up to see any new resolutions were out there.
The mouse software is recognizing it's in Revit and when I'm in Revit I can use the side buttons on the mouse, but the 3d navigating is not working.
I found this old forum post and tried their workaround but it didn't work.
Thanks for any new or additional info.
Here is link to the mouse if you have never heard of it.

We have one we pass around our office. Two of us are on a 2023 Revit project and haven't noticed any issues yet while using it.
When I startup Revit it seems to work just fine, but after I switch to my other mouse to move around the model using the scroll wheel or shift then the space mouse icon disappears from the navigation window and I can't navigate in 3d using the mouse.
Let me see who has ours in the office and see if I can't re-create your error later today.
So I just tried to recreate the issue and record it as I was scrolling in and out with my normal mouse but my 3d mouse was still working. I then switched over to my browser and came back to Revit and it wasn't working. So I'm not sure what is prompting the issue, but let me know what you think.
How old is your device? I know mine is an older spacemouse for notebooks but I have downloaded the latest driver, so that could possibly be the issue.

Its just the wheel space mouse, not the full pad.
Quick question, I'm on Windows 10. I don't see an updated driver for Win11 on their site.
wow, it is laggy for me in 2023 but does work.
Works fine in Enscape. Now I remember why I quit using it.
That is the same mouse I have, just the wired version.
It is probably the fact that I'm on Windows 11. It's no big deal as I'm not cruising through 3d space that often. It's just a bummer that all it can do at the moment is collect dust.
Thanks for checking
We can reproduce the problem here. It is based on the fact that Revit seems to unload support for tzhe SpaceMouse under certain conditions:
Another scenario (easily reproducible)
Dec 2024. Still no resolution according to 3DConnexion. Just bought the wireless and the joystick stops working, buttons work. Their email response points finger at Autodesk. I bought the enterprise six years ago and that’s never worked, exact same issues. So for two companies who know there is an issue and they have not addressed is disappointing.
