I HAVE to put my 3D AutoCAD blocks from a supplier into my Revit drawing. Trouble is, Revit is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE and won't let me do it. You would think that since Autodesk owns both programs, it would be easy, but nothing is ever that easy with these programs.
I have tried the Insert>Import CAD option, but it tells me that my drawing is not visible in the current view. I go to the 3D view and it's brought over 3 blocks out of the 30 that I need. Same thing with the Insert>Link CAD option.
Please tell me how to insert 3D AutoCAD blocks into a Revit drawing.

1) Autocad blocks should be re-constructed in a Revit Family. Bringing CAD to Revit is never the best solution.
2) If you genuinely have to, bring the 3d autocad block into a Generic Model Family first, categorize it, then load that as a family into Revit. That way it can be tagged, etc.
@jsummersEAEEW do you have a sample block that you can attach? sometimes if it has AEC objects or bad geometry, it could represent a potential corruption in Revit. Again, it is usually best practice to remodel the CAD block as a Revit Family. I have a few video tutorials on this if you like.
