3D animation objects being marked

when I move over objects in 3D animation they are automatically being tagged. How can i fix that?

I don't see tagging happening. I just see elements highlighting as the cursor passes over them.  If want to prevent that then use a selection restriction.

Its still not working even if I switch off all the settings restrictions or turn them on.

It doesn't look like anything is actually being selected. It just looks like the UI is keeping things highlighted.  Does it stay highlighted indefinitely if you leave it alone for a bit after doing this? What add-ins do you have?

Turn off Hardware Acceleration.

yea it kept being like that but switching off the hardware acceleration worked
