2023 Revit Cloud Project Crashes when VG change to Revision Cloud line thickness

Information: 

Revit 2023 Project in BIM Collaborate Pro.

First Revision to IFC, Revision clouds are stock Revit, 1/2" radius.

Issue:

I created revision clouds on a sheet and tagged them on the sheet, not in the active view. After creating the clouds I went into visibility graphics, activate the Annotation Categories tab. As soon as I override the line width and either apply or click OK, Revit crashes. 

Any information would be appreciated.

We've having the same issue with only 1 Machine. It's happening in 2023 and 2024. we have done clean uninstall/reinstalls on the machine and it still happens.
