Hi all.
Something strange happen with characters. I am not surre per 100%, but sems it happened after installing 2018 hotfix this week.
When typing text, and in browser characters are showing, but after exiting text Editor they get lost. Characters š and ž, others like č, ļ, ģ etc. are ok. Its our alphabet, and we can't give drawing sheets with missing letters. It's happened simultanesly on all machines at the Office. It's same problem with annotations. Tags, viewport titles...
After exiting Editor
When typing its ok
In browser and property palette looks ok but in viewport title not..
Hi All,
I have checked my Revit on W10 English system, build 1607, without Anniversary Update
Please check your system and updates.

Try to change system locale to Latvian (Latviešu). Problem rise from it. When system locale set to English, than Ok. But it's are distorting other softs workflow, what associated with these latvian lenguage special characters.
@GatisM hello, maybe you have to go to restore point to uninstall updates. thanks
@GatisM hello, sorry about that, the worse scenario is to uninstall and reinstall and see if helps. thanks
and this already done. It's some Revit Windows unicode problems or something like that, I think. Because this problem is for all computers in our office, and other offices told about same problem.
I have simmilar problem, I get comma instead square meter
čćž symbols work fine for me.
This error is on my PC with Windows 10 PRO, on my Laptop with Windows 10 home this works fine...
I have checked all of that (I am from Croatia).
My Revit 2018.0.1 , but the sam problem was here before latest update.
my OS is:
Windows 10 Pro
Version:1703
OS Build: 15063.296
The sam issue was before, and after Creators update
Weird thing is that i have no problems with šđčćž... so far the only problem i faced is square and qube symbol..
Also the problem isn't there while editing text, but after exiting text editor... xymbol changes
