Hello,
This is my first time posting on this forum. I've encountered a problem on Revit I can't find a solution for.
A made a building model, named "Lv 1" on the images, and received a building model file from another person helping with the model, named "Lv 2+" on the images.
When I open each file individually, the textures are perfectly fine. However when I create a new project with the architectural template and link both files I find that "Lv 2+" turns completely grey.
I've tried opening "Lv 2+" and linking "Lv 1" to it but then "Lv 1" is not visible.
Opening "Lv 1" and then linking "Lv 2+" results in "Lv 2+" turning completely grey.
I'm using Revit 2017 Student Version.
"Lv 1" is a project using the architectural template.
I'm uncertain about "Lv 2+".
How do I get "Lv 2+" to be correctly textured when I link the files?
Thanks

Did you map the Phases of the link model correctly? The building looks like it is under Existing phase.
I changed both 'phase from link' for 'Lv 2+' to 'Existing' instead of having 'existing' and 'new construction'. It worked.
Thank you. Your help is much appreciated. ![]()
