What factors are related to the performance of NewTeeFitting()？

Each time NewTeeFitting() takes 500ms, I would like to know the factors that affect the performance besides the number of model elements.

I would expect the behaviour and performance of NewTeeFitting to match the corresponding functionality in the end user interface, so you might also want to discuss this in the Revit MEP forum from an end user point of view.

Apart from that, I would suggest that you set up some benchmarking code, run tests in various models, and let us know what you find out.

Found the reason, modify the pipe 's RoutingPreferenceManager will cause 5 times slower when creating pipe fittings
