Wall based family offset error

Everything looks good in the family. I even equaled the refence lines because that was an issue at 1st. Now idk why this happens. I mean isn't it suppose to reference to the wall?

According to your query, Baluster was not properly constrained, Kindly constraint the baluster to avoid the array issue. Kindly check the Below Image for additional reference.

Kindly provide the proper constraints for parent element.

Even for the Array Element also you have to provide the proper constraints.
