Use RevitAPI Attach wall to floor

I can use ColumnAttachment API realize the attachment of columns,but i can't  find an implementation of the wall.Does the attachment function of API only open columns?If the wall attachment function is realized through RevitAPI?

Thanks for your help.but in my actual project,The wall is already created.I just want to change it, not use APi create it. So I hope there are a API like ColumnAttachment,but I couldn't find it.

I am not aware of any such API.

I am checking with Revit Development for you.

I heard back from the development team. They say:

  

"Unfortunately, I think the answer is NO."
