Update file properties without opening application

Hi, Looking for an option to update file properties without opening Revit application.
For example,
filepropsetter.exe revit -path <path of rvt> -propname <string> -propvalue <string>
The API will be added in filepropsetter.exe to query and update file properties. This will be used to store custom information in file.
