Unable to install 2024 revit properly

I uninstalled the two versions of Revit2023 and 2016 yesterday, and intend to use the latest version of 2024, my original computer can be installed normally in the custom download installation package, but it can't be installed normally on my windows11 system computer, showing 1603, I tried a variety of methods, but to no avail, and found the installation package of the official website, so I used that installation package, and after installing 54%, it shows an installation error of 4000, I tried the method of the official website, update or reinstall ODIS After installing it again, it still shows the installation error 4000 please big guy ...
