Tried installing Revit 2020 but it says it's already installed. Cannot open file

Hi there,

I have previously had Revit 2019 installed on my Disc C. Had to uninstall it for some memory issues and tried to install Revit 2020 on Disc D. It kept saying that I have it installed already but when I try to open any Revit files it cannot find the app. I tried uninstalling everything Revit related and installing again, but same thing happens. Why is this happening?

Search for an application called "Uninstall Tool" from start menu.

This application is provided by Autodesk so you can trust it.
Run it and uninstall all the components related to Revit 2020.

Restart your machine.

Reinstall, done.

I have the same problem and inside the "Uninstall Tool" Revit 2020 doesn't appear.

I have the same problem. Says it's installed but not present in programs and applications, uninstall tool or program files.

I ran the Microsoft tool to resolve.
