Yes. There are lot of samples showing how to access the title block and sheet data, and lots of samples showing how to export data from a Revit add-in to Excel. So, all you need to do is search for yourself. Alternatively, you can simply ask here and hope that someone will search for you, or know a good answer off-hand. I can do the former:
